These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rabona mobile application ("App") operated by Rabona ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password secure and confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Providing accurate and truthful information when registering.

You may not use another person's account or share your account credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or its servers.
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate other users.
  • Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (match stats, photos, videos, notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. We do not endorse user-generated content.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Rabona offers optional paid subscription tiers (Gold, Platinum) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled directly by the respective platform. We do not process payments directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Rabona name, logo, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times, error-free, or that your data will never be lost.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including data loss.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where we operate.
