Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your Rabona account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens when you do.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Rabona app and log in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings (tap the menu icon in the top right).
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone at the bottom.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

If you are unable to access the app, send a deletion request to privacy@myrabona.app from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (username, display name, email, avatar)
  • All match data, stats, notes, and ratings you have logged
  • Photos and video highlights you have uploaded
  • Your friend connections and friend requests
  • Your subscription information (managed separately by Apple/Google)
  • All other personal data associated with your account

What May Be Retained

We may retain certain data after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Transaction records required for tax or legal compliance (kept for the legally required period).
  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you.
  • Communications you sent to our support team (kept for up to 12 months for quality assurance).

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your device's subscription settings to avoid future charges.

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Rabona → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rabona → Cancel
