Is Rabona free?
Yes — the core app is completely free. You can log unlimited matches, view your full stats dashboard, and earn badges without paying anything. Gold and Platinum tiers unlock extra features like the friends feed, video highlights, and monthly/yearly recaps.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your device's subscription settings and cancel there. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do I add friends?
Go to Profile → Friends → Find and search by username. You can also tap the QR code icon to share your profile and let friends scan to add you instantly.
What sports does Rabona support?
Rabona is built primarily for football (soccer) in all formats — 5-a-side, 7-a-side, 11-a-side, futsal, and more. Additional sport support is on the roadmap.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
My stats look wrong — what should I do?
You can edit any match by opening it and tapping the edit icon in the top right. If you're still having issues, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your match data is private by default. Only matches you explicitly share to the friends feed are visible to your friends. You can control this in Settings → Privacy. Read our full Privacy Policy.
