End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Rabona ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of the Rabona mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

This EULA incorporates Apple's standard EULA terms where applicable. In the event of a conflict between this EULA and Apple's standard terms, Apple's terms will govern for matters related to the App Store.

1. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on any Apple-branded or Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App.
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to any third party.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rabona. The App is licensed to you, not sold. Nothing in this EULA transfers any ownership rights to you.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (including Apple App Store and Google Play) that have their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for those third-party services.

This application is available on the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple has no warranty obligations. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.

5. Maintenance and Support

We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any such services. For support, contact us at support@myrabona.app.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Rabona be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Compliance with Laws

You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. or applicable government embargo, and (b) you are not listed on any applicable government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this licence will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
